Thank you. Brad Bedell, Director of Strategic Programs through the Mayor. Councillor Kirby Young, to your question. So the building inventory... of at-risk buildings certainly there's a private element to it but that inventory helps the city with its emergency response and preparedness planning so it's certainly a tool that benefits the city it also helps us to have that tool as far as developing policies and programs so we see it as a city-owned tool versus something that is for the exclusively for the private owners if that answers your question

Thank you. Appreciate it. So if I can, through you, Chair, if I can ask you to follow up on that. Do you have funding set aside already to complete the inventory?

We have $1.2 million in the draft capital plan. So it's in draft with staff at the moment, and that would include funding for this inventory amongst other work.

So the funding is already included?

It is included in the draft plan, correct.

Okay. Then I don't see the need for this amendment, Chair. It's already there. It's already being done. Thank you.
