My point of order is that this motion is out of order based on section 10. This is, we previously voted on this during the fees and charges.

Thank you. This motion is likely out of order because the commissioner who's raising it voted against the substance of this motion on October 20th and the parking motion. There was no chance given to anybody to speak, so how is someone raising a point of order when the motion hasn't even been introduced yet?

There is a procedural ruling that Commissioner Christensen has enforced, which is that she should not be allowed to read her motion tonight.

So then you could just essentially block us from bringing any motion forward.

So I'm sorry, if commissioners don't understand what the rules are of this meeting, they can go back and study what they are. The ruling, as I was elaborating on, is that because you voted against the parking motion on October the 20th, and you also voted against the Spanish Bank-specific parking motion on June the... On June the 16th, it was where we approved the parking fees at Spanish Bank. So you voted against both of those. So under Section 10 of the bylaws, you're not allowed to move to reconsider the motion.
