Let me just conclude by saying the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation is committed to supporting truth and reconciliation and to use this opportunity to amplify local First Nation voices and culture through our work in the community. For our first order of business this evening, we need a motion for the board to go into meetings prior to the next regular board meeting, which are closed to the public, pursuant to section 165.2 sub 1 of the Vancouver Charter to discuss matters related to the paragraphs outlined in the agenda. I see Commissioner Jensen's moving that motion. Is there a seconder? Commissioner Christensen, all in favour? Please raise your hand. I see unanimous. Motion is carried. Thank you. Next up is approval for the minutes of the regular board meeting, April 27, 2026. Those minutes have been circulated. Any comments from commissioners? Seeing none, we'll take a mover, Commissioner Jensen, and a seconder, Commissioner Christensen, and vote by show of hands. Please raise your hands. Motion is carried. We'll move to the chair's report. This report covers events attended by park board commissioners since the last meeting, which was only last week. But in my park board role as liaison, I attended meetings of the Vancouver City Planning Commission.
