Summary

• Council was asked to waive the staff presentation for the 855-865 West 10th Avenue rezoning application, allowing the item to move directly to discussion without a verbal briefing.
• The application proposes rezoning two parcels on the north side of West 10th Avenue (between Laurel and Willow Streets) from the existing CD-1 (137) district to a new CD-1 district under the Broadway Plan.
