Sounds like there's lots of questions. Can I move for a second round?

All those in favor?

Thanks. Yeah, I have a lot of questions on the height as well. But my first question is just how this proposal and the social housing component reconciles with the MLU signed by the province and Holborn for the Abbott Street site. back in 2021. How is this not sort of double-dipping, for lack of a better word? This MOU was signed in 2021. BC Housing, Kennedy Stewart, David Eby.

I can read it. I can read it out. It says, pursuant to the terms of a memorandum of understanding between BC Housing and COV. Dated for June 2002, BC Housing agreed to a set of objectives with respect to the development of those lands located in the city of Vancouver and legally described as lots something something colloquially known as Little Mountain. And then further down it says, in addition to Little Mountain development, Holborn agrees to work with BC Housing on Holborn's planned development at 388 Abbott Street to deliver much needed affordable rental housing. In return, BC Housing will seek internal and external approvals to provide Holborn with financing through Housing Hub Provincial Rental Supply Program to support Holborn's delivery of middle-income rental housing at this site. Can you walk me through that? How are we using this for Little Mountain, this site for Little Mountain, and now we're also using it for Dunsmuir?
