Yeah, thanks, Chair. So, Council, I'd like to propose two motions just in light of the hour and the number of speakers. The first one is... that we extend, if needed, beyond 10 p.m. to complete speakers and do debate and decision on item one of our agenda, which is the former Molson Brewery site. So that's one, and that requires... You're doing that as a separate motion? Moving that as a motion now.
Can I suggest we deal with that one first?

Okay, so I think it's fairly straightforward. Do we need to email that in? I think it's fairly straightforward that it's a motion to extend to go past 10 if necessary to complete debate and decision on item number one. Debate and decision. Yes, that's correct. So that's moved by Councillor Domenato and seconded by Councillor Meiszner. Is there any discussion on that motion?
I'm not seeing any.
