Thank you, Chair. I'd like to move that we vary the agenda to move item three, the Vancouver ODP amendment for 2396-2400 Kingsway and 2441-2493 East 33rd Avenue to make it item number four and move item four to be item number three.
Okay. Okay, so moved by Councillor Domenato and seconded by Councillor Miser to bear the agenda so that item three comes at the end of the proceedings. Councillor Fry, comments on the motion?
Yeah, just out of an abundance of caution, just to identify my personal conflict, my wife works for the proponent in Application 3, so I, out of an abundance of caution, won't vote on varying the agenda. So recognizing it does require a two-third, I hope that's permissible with the clerks.
It is. I appreciate that very much, Councillor Freitas. A two-thirds of the councillors present.
If you may be taking a short break, then absolutely. Okay, are there any further comments on the motion that's been moved and seconded?
