For our first order of business this evening we need a motion for the board to go into meetings prior to the next regular board meeting which are closed to the public pursuant to section 165.2 sub 1 of the Vancouver Charter to discuss matters related to paragraphs outlined in the agenda. Do I have a mover? Commissioner Jensen is seconder. Commissioner Christensen, now call a vote by show of hands. All in favor? I see unanimous support for that. Thank you, commissioners. Next is approval of the minutes for the regular board meeting held May 25, 2026. The minutes have been distributed. Are there any comments or changes? Seeing none, we'll move to a motion to support.
