I challenge the ruling of the chair.
Okay, fine. So in order, having been challenged, the ruling of the chair is that the commissioner is not allowed to speak again a second time since she had a full time to speak to the motion the first time. But she is asking, and the chair has ruled against her. However, we do have to vote on it. And the chair does need to be sustained by two-thirds of the members present and voting. So all those who support the ruling of the chair, please raise your hand. I see Commissioner Hare, Commissioner Beardy, Commissioner Digby, and Commissioner Howard. And all those opposed to the chair, please raise your hand. I see Commissioner Jensen, Commissioner Basi-Vansi, and Commissioner Christensen. We will therefore change the rules to allow Commissioner Christensen to speak again on the motion. Thank you. Please go ahead.
