As our meetings are recorded and live web streamed, I would like to remind commissioners and presenters to speak clearly into their microphones. As well, there are cameras in the room. At times, they may capture those sitting in the gallery. Also, we have a code of conduct that we ask all present to follow to ensure you maintain a respectful workplace. We do have registered speakers this evening. Please note that speakers will be called up in the order that their request was received, and we'll have five minutes to address the board. Comments must be related to the agenda item that commissioners will be voting on.

Next up is the approval of the minutes for the Park Board Committee meeting held on Monday, May 25th, 2026. Are there any questions or comments on the minutes as distributed?

Seeing none, I'll need a motion to approve the minutes. I see Commissioner Digby and Commissioner Baskin-Vansky will second that. I'll now call a vote by a show of hands for the meeting minutes. All in favour?

That is carried unanimously. Commissioners. I will note Commissioner Jensen and Commissioner Verity were absent from that vote.
