Annual Budget Bylaw Third Reading

And regrets from trustee Richardson, as I don't see him with us just yet on the agenda. We have 3 items under old business, starting with item 2.1, which is the 202627 annual budget bylaw at the April the 29th, 2026 public board meeting. This bylaw was given 2 readings and this afternoon we will read it for a 3rd and final time. So, I move that the school district number 39 Vancouver annual budget bylaw 202627 be read a 3rd and final time passed and adopted the 30th day of April 2026. is there a seconder?
