On the agenda, we have three items under old business, starting with item 2.1, which is the 2026-27 annual budget bylaw. At the April the 29th, 2026 public board meeting, this bylaw was given two readings, and this afternoon, we will read it for a third and final time. So I move that the school district number 39 Vancouver annual budget bylaw 2026-27 be read a third and final time passed and adopted the 30th day of April 2026. Is there a seconder?
