Thank you. I'd just like to remind commissioners online if you can leave your cameras on. If you do turn your cameras off, it will be assumed that you have left the room and are no longer present in the meeting. So we are currently going to call a vote on the reduction of speaking time from five minutes to three minutes. All in favour?
