Okay. Thank you. Okay. Bylaws. We have 21 bylaws on the agenda for enactment. Before we begin this agenda item... If anyone believes that they have a conflict of interest, now is the time to declare it. Does anybody have conflict to disclose?

Seeing no one's hands up, council members who were absent for the meetings related to public hearing enactment bylaws must confirm that they have reviewed the proceedings of the meetings, including the video clip, to be eligible to vote. So bylaw number one was from the public hearing on July the 25th, 2024. Councillors Frye, Claston Maloney, Orr, and myself were absent for this item at the public hearing. Councillor Frye, have you reviewed the proceedings and will you be voting on the enactment? Councillor Klassen? I have and I will. Great. Councillor Maloney? Councillor Orr? Great. I have not and I will not. Bylaw number two was from the public hearing on June the 19th and 24th, 2025. Councillors Domenato, Orr, and myself were absent for this item at the public hearing. Councillor Domenato, have you reviewed the proceedings and will you be voting on the enactment? Great. Councillor Orr? I have not and will not. Bylaw number 20 was from the public hearing on March the 13th, 2025. Councillors Maloney, Orr, and myself were absent for this item at the public hearing. Councillor Claussen has previously advised that he had reviewed the proceedings. Councillor Maloney, have you reviewed the proceedings and will you be voting on the enactment? Councillor Orr? And I have not and will not. Would someone like to move the motion to adopt bylaws 1 through 21? Great. Councillor Kirby Young, seconded by Councillor Claston. I think he caught there first.

Council, is there any discussion? Seeing none, all those in favour say yay.
