Thank you. Sorry, it happened so quick that I was jumping in. I just have a question about the Vanstat item minutes for Council. What happened was in the Mayor's amendment or resolution, there was a reference to a... the weekly council Q&A, but the details that were in that the scenarios referred to in his amendment weren't set out in the staff slide presentation and there was no report and there's no date for the weekly council Q&A and it's not a public-facing document. So what I would ask is that... minutes be amended to include that scenario so that the public can tell doesn't have to FOI the information to find out what it's about I'll just ask a question of the city clerk
We can take that one off of this meeting and check the record after the meeting. The procedure bylaw does require one hour notice before the meeting for the clerk to review the previous meeting. However, in this case, we can just take it off the agenda and proceed to review and bring it back next meeting if that's amenable to council.
