The plan for today is to break at noon for lunch followed by an in-camera meeting, return at 3 p.m. to continue the agenda to deal with the remainder of the agenda, and adjourn or recess by 5 p.m. as we have a public hearing at 6 p.m. Council is required to meet in-camera later this week.
