Summary

• Council adopted updated guidelines to accompany Broadway Plan zoning amendments enacted the same day, including: new Industrial Spaces Guidelines; updated Mount Pleasant Employment-Intensive Light Industrial Rezoning Policy and Guidelines (I-1C), restricting Creative Products Manufacturing to upper-floor industrial spaces; and updated C-2/C-2B/C-2C/C2C1 Guidelines for Residential Rental Tenure Buildings with a revised map.
