• By-laws 1 and 4-9 enacted: rezoning of 692 West 29th Avenue (RS-1 to RM-8A) and six subdivision bylaw amendments (Renfrew Street, Oak Street, West 49th Avenue, Willow Street/West 37th Avenue, West 42nd Avenue, and Dunbar Street).
• Councillors Bligh, Montague, and Mayor Sim were ineligible to vote on By-law 1 as they were not on Council at the time of the original public hearing.
