Summary
- Adopted consequential policy amendments to the Secured Rental Policy and the C-2/C-2B/C-2C/C-2C1 Guidelines for Residential Rental Tenure Buildings, following enactment of the green building regulation simplification by-law.
- These amendments remove green building requirements that became redundant after Vancouver Building By-law changes approved in May 2022.
- Amendments take effect March 15, 2023, the same date as the related Zoning and Development By-law changes.
